He has not only injected renewed enthusiasm, but helped instigate a seed of change in attitudes and practices for the better. All our staff have more potential than they realise. It just needs to be helped with a little 'James Sale' magic!

James is Mr Motivator as far as I am concerned, he has done some brilliant motivational team days for us over the years and everybody finds them very energetic and inspiring.

I have used quite a lot of psychometric type tests and found Motivational Maps to be a real eye opener.
